About Us

Capello Media Solutions Ltd was set up by Tonia Cohen, who has over 14 years experience working as a negotiator, trainer and adviser to broadcasters and TV and film production companies (including BBC, ITV, Red Productions, Tiger Aspect and Phil McIntyre Television).

We have worked on a full range of programming including drama, adult television, children’s television, news, entertainment, live television and home shopping services.  Currently advising on online broadcasting and the copyright and other legal issues that arise. 

Work to date includes:

• Neg checking services for television including "Coronation Street" and "Emmerdale".
  
  
• Assisting BBC Worldwide on their project to create a ‘managed’ clips archive on YouTube.  Researching clips for their site and confirming whether there are any regulatory, legal / copyright why clips should not be shown live on the site.
  
  
• Script clearance service for feature films including "Slumdog Millionaire", “Brideshead Revisited”,  “Eden Lake”, "The Other Man" and the TV movie  “My Boy Jack”.
